Ran into some issues on our end with making it work out because the first server we were on had limited permissions. So back to old reliable server and all went smoothly. Be aware of cheap dedicated server offers and read details. Sometimes it isn’t worth a cheaper price. But the Creatica guys did fine by us and we would recommend them to others. Great knowledge and communication. Did more than I asked for and were very professional about it.
Once we worked out which of my login info that they needed (my fault) the did a great job of installation. The files and plug ins were installed properly. We had a lag in communication for a few days but again I take most of the responsibility for that. Once we resolved it – turnaround was great.
We ran into several « bumps in the road » dealing with the hosting site. Creatica was there and was supportive and helpful in waiting and finishing the job once the smoke cleared.
Excellent service. Turn around time was less than 24 hours. I made several changes but they never complained. We will definitely be using them again.
